How Hitler is being chancellor he does what he wants. He kills people every Tuesday with an executioner. Hitler abuses it because he feels like he can do whatever he wants and when he wants to do it. Hitler uses the shortwave radios and makes them illegal so people cant hear what the Germans are doing.
I think Helmuth will maybe try to find out what the Germans are doing and tell people so they know what will happen to the people in Germany. Helmuth doesn't like how Germany is and how Hitler is taking over.
With Hitler abusing his power by creating laws, Helmuth had to live by and didn't understand some of them. I don't really know how the executioner abuses power. I agree that Hitler abused the power with the shortwave radio.
